Practice Schedule - Week 8

Here is the practice schedule for our eighth week of practice. This week we focus on getting  our miles in, after this week, for our last two full weeks of practice our focus will be on speed, speed and more speed!

Monday September 19: 3:00 - 4:30 pm on the track. Long 6 mile run.

Tuesday September 20: 3:00 - 4:30 on the track. Long 4.5 - 5 mile run.

Wednesday September 21: We will leave at 1:00 Wednesday afternoon for Blanding and return at about 8:00 pm Wednesday night. After the meet we will stop for dinner in Blanding.

Thursday September 22: 2:45 - 3:30 - Study hour in Coach Christa's room. EVERYONE IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND. If you do not have homework then bring a book to read. At 3:30, after study hour we will run the Pipe Dream Trail. Plan on being at practice until 5:30.

Friday September 23: 3:00 - 4:30 pm. 5k pace/speed repeats on the track.

Saturday September 24: 6:30 - 10:30 am at the Recreation Center. Set-up and  take down for the Moab Autumn Run.
