Practice Schedule - Week 7

Here is the practice schedule for our seventh week of practice. With the break in the heat we will move our practices back to a 3:00 start. This week we will have long hill repeats at Powerhouse Lane on Monday; and a long run on Tuesday. To help prepare us for the trail run at the region meet in Richfield next month we will run for the second time the Pipe Dream Trail on Thursday followed by pace/speed work on the track on Friday. Our meet this week is at South Sevier High School in Monroe, UT on Wednesday.

Monday September 12: 3:00 - 4:30 pm on the track. Jog to the end of Powerhouse Lane for a series of uphill repeats.

Tuesday September 13: 3:00 - 4:30 on the track. Long 5+ mile run.

Wednesday September 14: We will leave at 11:00 Wednesday morning and return at about 10:00 pm Wednesday night. We will stop for lunch on the way in Green River and stop for dinner in Richfield on the way home.

Thursday September 15: 3:00 - 4:30 pm. Pipe Dream trail run.

Friday September 16: 3:00 - 4:30 pm. 5k pace/speed repeats on the track.
Friday September 16: 6:30 pm. Meet on the track - the Cross Country team runs out onto the field to present the game ball at the homecoming football game just before kickoff!
