Monday, September 17 @ 5:00 PM at Lions Park. The workout is a 70-minute training run for all runners. All runners should be making a good effort in aerobic range on this run, and should still be able to talk in sentences (listen to your body). We finish the workout with 4 strides on the grass and 10 minutes of core work.
Tuesday, September 18 @ 5:00 PM at the Moab Golf Club. 20 minute easy run, followed by 4 x 1,000 minute race pace runs with 2 1/2 minute rest/recovery between each. We complete the workout with an easy 15 minute cool down jog.
Wednesday, September 19 @ 5:00 at Rotary Park. 45-minute training run for all runners. We finish the workout with 10 minutes of form drills and 10 minutes of core work.
Thursday, September 20 @ 5:00 PM at Sand Flats. 30 minute easy run followed by 6 strides. We then finish the workout with 10 minutes of form work.
Friday, September 21. Emery Invite at Emery HS in Castle Dale, UT. We will have details at practice this week on this meet.
