Team Practice Schedule for August 8 - 13

1  week down! We start competing next week! 

ALL PRACTICES THIS WEEK AT ROTARY PARK

Monday August 8 @ 6:00 AM: Long 6 mile run for all runners. When we return to the park we will do  4 - 50 meter strides on the grass in the park. 

Monday August 8 @ 4:00 PM: Bonus Practice! An easy conversational 2 mile trail run

Tuesday August 9 @ 6:00 AM: We will jog over to the HS track where we will complete our warm-ups. After warm-ups we will run a TIMED 3 mile run on the track (12 laps). After the run we will have a team meeting in Coach Dan's room in the Tech Center.

Tuesday August 9 @ 7:00 PM: Nutrition Meeting with Julie Cornelius @ Utah State University West Building Room C

Wednesday August 10 @ 6:00 AM: (9) 45 - 60 second hill repeats up Sand Flats Hill

Wednesday August 10 @ 4:00 PM: Bonus Practice! An easy conversational 2 mile trail run

Thursday August 11 @ 6:00 AM: 5 mile timed tempo run @ 80% of 3 mile effort followed by a PACK 800

Friday August 12 @ 6:00 AM : Long 7 mile run for all runners. When we return to the park we will do  4 - 50 meter strides on the grass in the park.

Friday August 12 @ 4:00 PM: Bonus Practice! An easy conversational 2 mile trail run

Saturday August 13 @ 8:00 AM: 2 mile easy warm-up run followed by (4) 1 mile timed repeats. Finish with a easy 1 mile cool down.
