Team Practice Schedule for August 1 - 6

It's Time! First Week of Practice!

All practices this week are from 6:00 AM - 7:30 AM at Rotary Park

Monday August 1: Medium 3.5 mile run for all runners. When we return to the park we will do 4 - 50 meter strides on the grass in the park. Following the workout we will have a team meeting.

Tuesday August 2: (8) - 5 minute trail repeats on the Mill Creek Trail

Wednesday August 3: Sand Flats Hill Run - run up to the Sand Flats entrance station (3.5 miles up and back)

Thursday August 4: Long run: 5 - 7 miles followed by 4 50 meter strides on the grass in the park

Friday August 5: Fire on the Track Friday! Interval speed work on the HS track. 4 x 200 meter / 4 x 400 meter / 4 x 200 meter. Easy 200 meter jog between each interval.

Saturday August 6: 3 - 4 mile run on your own
