Practice Schedule

Here is the practice schedule for the first week of practice. We will be working primarily on improving our conditioning and stamina with daily morning runs of 3-5 miles. We will also build leg strength with two evening runs of short-hill and long-hill repeats.

Monday August 1st: 6:00 - 7:30 am on the track

Tuesday August 2nd: 6:00 - 7:30 am on the track
Tuesday August 2nd: 7:00 - 8:00 pm at Sunset Grill for long-hill repeats

Wednesday August 3rd: 6:00 - 7:30 am on the  track

Thursday August 4th: 6:00 - 7:30 am on the track
Thursday August 4th: 7:00 - 8:00 pm on the track. We will jog to the cemetery for short-hill repeats.

Friday August 5: 6:00 am - 7:30 am on the track
