Here is the practice schedule for our fourth week of practice. We continue to build strength, stamina and speed with a combination of long runs and speed work on the track. Thursday is a shorter run as we prepare for the Highland Invitational in Salt Lake City Friday afternoon.
Monday August 22: 6:00 - 7:30 am on the track. Medium 5 mile run.
Tuesday August 23: 6:30 - 8:00 pm on the track. 5k pace work on the track.
Wednesday August 24: 3:00 - 4:30 pm on the track. Medium 4 mile run.
Thursday August 25: 6:30 - 7:30 on the track. It is Taper Thursday with a short 3 mile run.
Friday August 26: Highland Invitational in Salt Lake City. We will leave the school at around 9:30 Friday morning and return to the High School at about 10:30 Friday night.
