Here is the practice schedule for the second week of practice. Highlights include continue to work on improving our conditioning and stamina with two morning runs of 5 miles; working on our leg strength with a set of short-hill repeats on Tuesday night, and pace efficiency drills Thursday morning.
Our first timed run of the season will be a 3 mile timed run on the track Tuesday morning.
Our team parent meeting will be Thursday night at 7:00 in Coach Dolphin's room at the High School.
Monday August 8th: 6:00 - 7:30 am on the track
Tuesday August 9th: 6:00 - 7:30 am on the track. 3 mile timed run on the track.
Tuesday August 9th: 7:00 - 8:00 pm on the track. We will jog to the cemetery for short-hill repeats.
Wednesday August 10th: 6:00 - 7:30 am on the track
Thursday August 11th: 6:00 - 7:30 am on the track
Thursday August 11th: 7:00 - 8:00 pm. Parent Meeting at the High School
Friday August 12th: 6:00 - 7:30 am on the track
