Monday, August 6 @ 6:00 AM at Lions Park. 60-minute training run for all runners. All runners should be making a good effort in aerobic range on this run, and should still be able to talk in sentences (listen to your body). We finish the workout with 6 strides on the grass and 10 minutes of core work.
Tuesday, August 7 @ 6:00 AM at the Moab Golf Club. A 20-minute warm-up run, followed by 5 x 1,000 meter repeats with a three-minute recovery between each. We finish with an easy 10-minute cooldown run.
Wednesday, August 8 @ 6:00 AM at Rotary Park. 45-minute training run for all runners. We finish the workout with 6 strides on the grass and 15 minutes of core work.
Thursday, August 9 @ 6:00 AM at Sandflats. A 20-minute warm-up run followed by 8 x 45-second hill repeats. We finish with a 10-minute training run and an easy 10-minute cooldown run.
Friday, August 10 @ 6:00 at the HS. We start the practice with 10 minutes of form drills. We then have a 30-minute training run and finish the workout with 15 minutes of core work.
Saturday, August 11 @ 8:00 am at Lions Park. 50-minute training run for all runners.
