Team Schedule for August 5 - 12

Welcome to the first week of practice!

We have 5 practices this week - Monday thru Friday at 6:00 am on the High School Track.

Monday August 5: Medium run for all runners. 30 minutes for new runners; 45 minutes for veteran runners.

Tuesday August 6: Medium run for all runners. 30 minutes for new runners; 45 minutes for veteran runners.

Wednesday August 7: 5k effort repetitions (speed work) on the track. 3 x 200 meters; 3 x 400 meters; 3 x 200 meters. 200 meter walk between repetitions.

Thursday August 8: Medium run for all runners. 30 minutes for new runners; 45 minutes for veteran runners.

Friday August 9: Long uphill run up Sand Flats Hill. 1/2 way for new runners; all the way to the top for veterans.

PAPERWORK REMINDER: School Forms A and B must be turned in by Friday August 9. If you need a copy of the form, see Coach Martin.
