Team Practice Schedule for September 25 - September 30

8 weeks down with less than 4 weeks to go before region and state championships!

Monday, September 25 @ 6:00 PM at Lions Park. 7-mile run for varsity runners and a 5-mile run for JV runners. We finish the workout with 4 strides on the grass and then 10 minutes of core work.

Tuesday, September 26 @ 6:00 PM at the Moab Golf Club. 40-minute run on holes 1,2 and 3 at the golf course. We finish with four 200-meter downhill strides on the grass.

Wednesday, September 27.  John Thornton Invitational in Blanding. Team members will be released from school at 12:15 for the John Thornton Invitational in Blanding. Bus leaves at 12:30. Race times are 4:00 for JV boys, 4:05 for JV girls and 4:30 for varsity boys and 4:35 for varsity girls. After the meet, we will stop to eat before returning to Moab at around 8:30. 

Thursday, September 28 @ 6:00 PM at Sand Flats. 6-mile (out and back) run for all runners. We finish the workout with 6 strides.

Friday, September 29 @ 2:15 at the HS. 30 / 30 / 30 speed workout on the track followed by 10 minutes of core work. Friday night @ 6:00 we work concessions at the home football game. More information on this to follow. 

Saturday, September 30. Enjoy the day off.
