State Meet

The state cross country meet will be held on Wednesday October 17, 2011 at Sugarhouse Park in Salt Lake City. Race times are 11:30 for girls and 12:30 for boys.

The team will leave for Salt Lake City on Tuesday October 16 at 4:00 pm. We will be traveling in a school bus.

We will be staying at the La Quinta Inn in Midvale on Tuesday night. The phone number at the hotel is (801) 566-3291. When we arrive in Salt Lake City we will have dinner at the Olive Garden on State Street before checking into the hotel.

Wednesday morning we will have breakfast at the hotel and then leave for the meet at 9:00; arriving at Sugarhouse Park at around 9:30. After the meet we will have lunch in Salt Lake City and then head back to Moab. We should be back in Moab between 6:00 and 7:00.

Just a reminder - if you plan on leaving after the meet with your parents please have your parents write a note and give it to both the office and to a coach letting us know that you will not be traveling home with the team. Thanks!
